# Running Christmas Calendar (Lauf-Adventskalender)

> Free iOS and Android running app that works like an advent calendar: from 1 to 24 December it unlocks one running session per day, each with a plan and an intensity rating, plus optional daily challenges, a "training wheel" of bonus strength/mobility exercises, a daily running quiz and, on selected days, partner vouchers. No sign-up, no ads, no subscription. Available in English and German.
